Mac & Cheese, but make it jasmine rice 



Golden, cheesy, and made with Sunlee’s bestselling rice.
Ingredients
- 2 packages (8.8 oz each) ready-to-heat jasmine rice (garlic and olive oil flavored, or plain)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese, cut into cubes
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in the rice, cream cheese, and milk. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 to 8 minutes, until the mixture is creamy and the rice is heated through.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix for about 1 minute, until the cheese is melted and fully incorporated into the rice mixture.
- Sprinkle with green onions before serving for a touch of freshness.
