Easy Vietnamese Vermicelli Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
Your choice of protein (pork, chicken, tofu, etc.)
Lemongrass, minced
Garlic, minced
Fish sauce
Sunlee Vietnamese Rice Stick
Spring rolls (fresh or frozen)
Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, Thai basil)
Lettuce, cucumber, pickled carrots, bean sprouts
Fish sauce dipping sauce
Instructions:
Marinate your protein with lemongrass, garlic, and fish sauce for at least 15 minutes.
Grill or pan-sear the meat until cooked and slightly charred.
Boil water and cook Sunlee Vietnamese Rice Stick for 6 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
