Easy Vietnamese Vermicelli Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Your choice of protein (pork, chicken, tofu, etc.)

  • Lemongrass, minced

  • Garlic, minced

  • Fish sauce

  • Sunlee Vietnamese Rice Stick

  • Spring rolls (fresh or frozen)

  • Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, Thai basil)

  • Lettuce, cucumber, pickled carrots, bean sprouts

  • Fish sauce dipping sauce


Instructions:

  1. Marinate your protein with lemongrass, garlic, and fish sauce for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Grill or pan-sear the meat until cooked and slightly charred.
