Mix 1 pack of Sunlee Bánh Xèo Flour with 400ml water, 200ml coconut milk, and a bit of turmeric powder (optional).
Stir in chopped green onions and let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, pour in a thin layer of batter.
Add your favorite filling — shrimp, pork, bean sprouts — and cook until the edges are crispy.
