Quick Bun Bo Hue Recipe:

You’ll need:

  • 1 pack Sunlee Bun Bo Hue Rice Vermicelli

  •  Use beef/pork broth with lemongrass, chili, and shrimp paste (or Sunlee Bun Bo Hue soup base)

  • Sliced beef shank, pork hock, or meat of choice

  • Fresh herbs: cilantro, Thai basil, scallions

  • Bean sprouts, lime wedges, banana blossom (optional toppings)

How to make it:

  1. Boil vermicelli until tender, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

  2. In a pot, bring broth or Sunlee soup base to a boil. Add meats and simmer until fully cooked.

  3. In a bowl, add vermicelli, ladle in hot broth and meat.

  4. Top with fresh herbs, sprouts, lime, and chili to taste.
