Quick Bun Bo Hue Recipe:
You’ll need:
1 pack Sunlee Bun Bo Hue Rice Vermicelli
Use beef/pork broth with lemongrass, chili, and shrimp paste (or Sunlee Bun Bo Hue soup base)
Sliced beef shank, pork hock, or meat of choice
Fresh herbs: cilantro, Thai basil, scallions
Bean sprouts, lime wedges, banana blossom (optional toppings)
How to make it:
Boil vermicelli until tender, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
In a pot, bring broth or Sunlee soup base to a boil. Add meats and simmer until fully cooked.
In a bowl, add vermicelli, ladle in hot broth and meat.
Top with fresh herbs, sprouts, lime, and chili to taste.
